Product Overview

The pneumatic ceramic rotary valve uses a ceramic hard seat and single-disc rotary design with self-cleaning sealing surfaces. A flanged body is standard; wafer-style construction and two- or three-piece bodies are available for the service conditions.

It is designed for on-off control in conveying lines handling hard particles, ash, slurry and corrosive media, with strong resistance to abrasion, corrosion and erosion and stable operation.

Structural ceramic is used in the flow path and sealing areas, providing strong abrasion, corrosion and erosion resistance for ash, particles and slurry.

Self-Cleaning Sealing Surface

The single-disc rotary design and self-cleaning sealing surface reduce media buildup during operation and lower the risk of ash packing and fouling.

Pneumatic Actuation

The compact cylinder-driven actuator provides stable opening and closing and can be configured for the site automation and control system.
