The disc sealing ring and seat use high-performance structural ceramic. The eccentric disc lifts away from the seat during operation, reducing sealing-surface wear and extending valve life.
The ceramic sealing ring and seat are replaceable. Their material performance makes the ceramic butterfly valve suitable for ash, slag and other services that demand high corrosion, abrasion and erosion resistance.
