Ceramic Double-Disc Slurry Gate Valve

Ceramic Double-Disc Slurry Gate Valve

Ceramic Double-Disc Slurry Gate Valve

Dual sealing and parallel twin discs for ore slurry and highly abrasive conveying service.

Introduction

Product Overview

The ceramic double-disc slurry gate valve uses dual sealing and parallel twin discs. The sealing surfaces provide zero leakage, while ceramic hardness and thickness deliver abrasion resistance.

It is intended for ore slurry, abrasive slurry and other severe-duty media. Body material, ceramic seat, stem material and actuation can be selected for the customer service conditions.

Design Features

1. Dual sealing is used. The inner ring combines ceramic and tungsten carbide for high abrasion resistance; the polyurethane outer ring fully seals the disc for zero leakage.

2. Parallel twin discs are made from stainless steel with a tungsten carbide coating. The highly wear-resistant coating helps the discs operate without slurry jamming and achieve full closure.

3. The valve bottom is ceramic lined for additional abrasion resistance.

4. Zero-leakage sealing is combined with ceramic hardness and thickness to achieve long wear life.
