Product Overview
The ceramic double gate valve uses a ceramic hard seat and parallel twin-disc design. The body is available in flanged or wafer configuration; the three-piece body and self-cleaning discs are suited to on-off service with particles, powders, slurry and abrasive media.
The shutoff rating can meet ISO 5208 Rate D or be engineered for zero leakage. Face-to-face length, flange dimensions and special configurations can be customized to the site piping and service conditions.

The ceramic hard-seat design gives the discs and sealing components strong abrasion and erosion resistance for isolation of abrasive and particle-laden media.
Parallel Twin Discs
The parallel twin-disc design and self-cleaning action reduce media buildup on the sealing surfaces and improve opening and closing reliability.
Configuration Flexibility
The body can be flanged, with wafer style available. A three-piece body simplifies manufacturing, assembly and maintenance; face-to-face length and connection dimensions can be configured to customer requirements.
