Introduction

Product Overview

This valve is designed for hard particles and corrosive media containing softer solids. Typical service includes hydraulic coal conveying with a slag-to-water ratio above 1:5 and particles up to 5 mm, hydraulic slag and ash removal, and slurry pipelines. Nominal pressure is 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 or 4.0 MPa, with service temperatures up to 200°C.

All wetted parts use structural ceramic with exceptional chemical stability and hardness. The valve therefore provides very high abrasion, corrosion and erosion resistance, along with good thermal insulation and a low coefficient of thermal expansion.

Full Bore and Anti-Clogging

The full-bore passage has no obstructions and includes a purge arrangement. Strong wear resistance, reliable sealing and low starting load reduce the risk of ash packing and buildup.

Premium Toughened Structural Ceramic Seal

A premium toughened structural ceramic seal provides high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance and long service life. The compact valve can be installed at any angle.
